Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy for To Rent You (TRY MULTIVENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED)

Introduction

At To Rent You (TRY), we are committed to providing a reliable and transparent rental platform. Our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which renters and users can return items, request refunds, and cancel transactions. As a listing platform, TRY facilitates communication between renters and users but does not manage or guarantee the return, refund, or cancellation processes.

Return Policy

• Eligibility for Returns: The eligibility for returns is determined by the individual renter. Users must review the renter’s specific return policy before entering into a rental agreement.
• Return Process: Users must communicate directly with the renter to arrange the return of items. This includes agreeing on the condition in which the item should be returned and the timeline for returns.
• Condition of Items: Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Any damage or significant wear and tear may affect the renter's willingness to accept the return and could impact the refund amount.

Refund Policy

• Eligibility for Refunds: Refund eligibility is subject to the renter's specific terms. Users should clarify refund policies with the renter before confirming a rental.
• Partial Refunds: In some cases, renters may offer partial refunds based on the condition of the returned item or the duration of use.
• Refund Process: Refunds must be requested directly from the renter. If the renter agrees to issue a refund, they will process it according to their own methods and timelines. TRY does not process refunds on behalf of renters.

Cancellation Policy

• User-Initiated Cancellations: Users can request to cancel a rental agreement before the item has been shipped or delivered. Cancellations after this point may not be possible, or may incur a fee, depending on the renter's policy.
• Renter-Initiated Cancellations: Renters reserve the right to cancel a rental agreement before the item is shipped or delivered. Renters must notify users promptly and provide a full refund if any payment has been made.
• Cancellation Fees: Any fees associated with cancellations should be outlined in the renter's policy. Users should review these terms before agreeing to a rental.

Dispute Resolution

• Independent Resolution: All disputes regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations must be resolved directly between the renter and the user. TRY does not mediate or resolve these disputes.
• Feedback and Reviews: Users can provide feedback and reviews based on their experience with returns, refunds, and cancellations. This feedback helps maintain the quality and trustworthiness of our platform.

Limitations of Liability

• TRY's Role: TRY is a platform that facilitates the listing and renting of items. We do not own or inspect the items listed and do not manage the return, refund, or cancellation processes. Our liability is limited to providing the platform for communication and transactions.
• No Guarantees: TRY does not guarantee the availability of returns, refunds, or cancellations, nor do we guarantee the resolution of any disputes that arise from these processes.

Changes to Policy

TRY reserves the right to update or modify this Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our platform. Users and renters are encouraged to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
